Q: HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
A: Our clients generally use the hair for 1 to 2 years. This is 100% Authentic Raw Hair that has not been processed is not processed in anyway.This hair can last for a long time, the better you take care of it the longer you can have it and reuse!
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: In order to provide the best quality products to everyone, we don't resell any Wigs returned by customers. Thus, all sales are final. NO EXCHANGES, but If we made a mistake on your order, feel free to contact us anytime at info@darkpurplehair.com. We are happy to help you.
Q:CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
A:Yes! Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
Q: Can wigs be bleached to #613 and remain soft/silky?
A: Yes, however bleaching is highly depends on skills and color products. Usually we recommend just order #613 hair instead.

Q: What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
Q: What about styling tools?
A: It's very important to use a wide tooth or paddle back brush using gentle strokes, when washing and or styling the hair. Small tooth and retail combs can snag the hair which can cause unwanted shedding.
Q: What to do before going to bed?
A: Gently brush hair to remove all tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or tie your hair into a ponytail or bun. The use of a silk bonnet while sleeping and keeping the hair cleaned and conditioned are the best ways to ensure your investment lasts for years.
Q: Hows the shedding?
A:Our hair has minimal to no shedding. This is normal and unavoidable and would happen the same way if the hair was growing from your scalp. Wigs should be treated and cared for as you would your own natural hair.
Q: Is there silicon on it? Any chemical?
A: No only pure unprocessed hair
